If an order is refused due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the shipping carrier. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages.
